This is according to research by accelerated learning specialist, Firebrand Training. With average IT graduate starting salaries at £22,000 a year, a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 could see an IT industry entrant more than doubling their annual salary to over £48,000 after just five years.

Yes, it is happening now. I was quite shocked when I read about Blogging via Radio but I liked the idea and it has been happening for more than a year. This concept is named as Social Radio Network and the website I’m talking about it BlogTalkRadio. I came to know about this radio when I got the chance to hear the interview of Sean O’ Driscoll.
So what is the future or benefit from this idea?
For the first time in history, anyone from anywhere in the world – as long as they have access to a phone and internet connection – can broadcast their voices internationally.
I’ll be on radio soon

Most of the nearly two–billion children in the developing world are inadequately educated, or receive no education at all. One in three does not complete the fifth grade.
Given the resources that developing countries can reasonably allocate to education—sometimes less than $20 per year per pupil, compared to the approximately $7500 per pupil spent annually in the U.S.
Any nation’s most precious natural resource is its children. We believe the emerging world must leverage this resource by tapping into the children’s innate capacities to learn, share, and create on their own. Our answer to that challenge is the XO laptop, a children’s machine designed for “learning learning.”

If you have ever used Remote Wipes in Exchange 2003 then you must know what you can do and if not then it is a very good feature in case if you PDA or Smartphone is stolen where you have important and you don’t want the bad guys to read your data. In case of Exchange 2003 server you are supposed to call your IT support guys inform them that your PDA is stolen so they can do the Remote Wife. The point to note here is that whether you have the 24×7 support team, what if the IT support is not available when your PDA is stolen and they will be available next working. What will you do this in this case?
Now in Exchange 2007 you don’t need to call the IT support. Yes you can do it yourself. Access your account using OWA and do it online immediately. Simple is that…. But again I if the user himself is novice user and do the Remote Wipe mistakenly then?

Before Exchange SP1 it was not possible to enable the POP3 and IMAP services using Exchange Management Console (EMC). The only was to use PowerShell Cmdlet. Now SP1 has made it possible.
PS>Start-service MSExchange IMAP4
PS>Set-service MSExchange IMAP4 Startup type Automatic
You gotta learn PowerShell.

Do you know that in Exchange 2007; there are 5 different roles, MAILBOX, EDGE TRASNPORT, HUB TRASPOIRT, and CLIENT ACCESS SERVER AND UNIFIED MESSAGING.
If you are a typical organization with only one server then you might be thinking that you will need to install all these 5 roles but this is not true. There is a way around for this type of typical scenario. For a single domain and single AD you only need 3 roles i.e. Hub Transport, Mailbox and CAS. This is must go for a typical server setup but you will lose the additional security feature of Edge Transport which provides anti-spam as the main feature. For Unified messing you will need IP Telephony in place. So it depends how you plan.
If sometime later you want to use Edge transport it can be done because Edge transport is not supposed to be a part of AD. It will be deployed at Edge and will not be a part of the AD but all the email in and out will be from Edge Transport. So that time you will need to make some modifications.
I hope now you must have got the idea .. J
Cheers.
